Refund Policy 

 

We (the event organisers) reserve the right to cancel the race at any time and the race can be cancelled due to any circumstances.

 

Please see table below detailing the refund cut off dates and associated refund scale.

 

All refund requests must be made in writing via email and be received prior to the scheduled refund cut-off dates as outlined below. The event organiser will determine the appropriate refund amount.

 

Please Note: Refunds will not be given if the number of riders in your team is reduced, regardless of the circumstances.
